Guide, and other thread states that he is in the Black Curtain (under Temple of Ages) But after killing the Big (blue) monk Plant boss...he has skills but no elite skills, anyone have Signet of Judgement and know where the Boss is ?

Frostbite - Talus Chute - Azure Shadow
Frostbite - Ice Floe - Azure Shadow
Balt Duskstrider - Iron Mines of Moladune - Azure Shadow
Fawl Driftstalker - Snake Dance - Azure Shadow

Yes I was in Talus Chute last night trying to get Mist Form and ran into the Signet of Judgement boss there as well. Goto Camp Rankor and exit into Talus Chute. Follow the path for about 30secs and the first group of mobs you will run into is a Azure Shadow group with a boss.

The boss is random each time and is either:
Frostbite - Monk - Signet of Judgement
Brrr <something or other> - Ele - Mist Form
<necro boss>

I think there might have been a mesmer boss but I am not sure.

At any rate, when you enter Talus and start walking just hold down the CTRL key and about when you get to the mountain and have to turn left, you should be able to see the mob names in red straight ahead through the mountain. If the boss name is not Frostbite, then turn around back to Camp and try again.

It's pretty quick to get this way.
